Corporate Classes
Why have a wellness offering?
One of the greatest obstacles to looking after one’s well-being is carving out the time to do it. Yoga offered at work resolves this issue by being built into the day - a lunch break or before or after work. A no-cost opportunity of excellent quality incentivizes many to look after themselves better.
Often corporate roles involve being sedentary a lot of the time. Movement is a predictor for the health of a joint. Yoga classes designed for office workers take into account the pathologies associated with the corporate lifestyle.
It does not just benefit the employees but the company as well. A positive working culture is an incentive to join and stay with the company plus a happier, healthier workforce means fewer sick days.
Often the class attracts a core group, which is bonding. This is the case both for in person sessions but also in bringing people together on zoom during WFH periods.
