A private class can be a great introduction as it helps you lay a solid technical and mental foundation. One on one instruction enables you to hone your skills, deconstructing and work-shopping elements at your own pace. I use a combination of verbal and physical instruction, and consented touch in my teaching.

We can work in your space, in mine space, or in a public outside area. Classes can be shared between you and however many friends you desire.

Fantastic for enabling guided, personalised practice at home or away, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure! A super convenient way of getting 1-1 movement coaching wherever you are.

I have found that tuning in very finely with the body has the power to melt away the space between us- dissolving the boundary of the screen to be in the shared present moment.

I can host classes on zoom or on a platform of your choice.
